Roku Express 4K+ Issue with powering on

My Roku Express 4K+ always reboots my Sony TV when turned on. I have the Roku Express on an older Vizio TV and it turns right on to streaming. I've tried rebooting and it still does it. What is the fix?

Yes. I’ve tried rebooting the Roku as well as my TV etc a d it still happens.
