I've had this Roku Express 3900 for about 2 years.
Now it keeps complaining that is is overheating.
How do we fix this?
Hi @sonnyncher
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
We would recommend starting with the suggestions available in this Support link: What to do if the red light is on or you see a “Your device is overheating” warning. If still no dice, reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
Please keep us posted!
All the best,
Kariza

I just responded to my email, Ticket # 5317835 and I am awaiting a replacement.
Replacement was sent 5,000 kilometers away from the address I provided numerous times.
Please send replacement

I informed the support team.
I am very disappointed.
Now I am getting an invoice to pay for a refurbished Roku.
You said you would send replacement. Not that I have to pay for refurbished Roku.
I am paying $0 for (new) replacement Roku. It is not customer's fault that Roku is overheating.
To top that off you said you would send a replacement, but you sent it to the wrong address, 5,000 kilometers away!
