I bought nine Roku streaming stick 4K’s to replace my cable boxes, I noticed that the streaming sticks will not wake up when pressing the home button. We followed the set up as instructed and all work correctly during initial set up. I disconnected the power to reset the stick in question, the home screen appeared. I attempted to launch one of the apps I could hear sound, but got no video. I checked the network connections as instructed running the network connection test. My download speed is 252 Mb reset the device again, and I am still unable to watch any app even tried the Roku live channel. I get the guide I get audio but no video of the station. I’m trying to play. Anybody help?
