Guess I spoke too soon, the error came back 3 times in the last several days. It seems it occurs after the Roku unit has been idle for some period of time. I will try my other Roku unit, it is a 4800x Roku ultra. I'll let you know. By the way, the 4802X never had an issue on the previous Sony TV, but that TV did not have any Apps or streaming capability. Thanks
I got a 2024 Roku Ultra for the holidays. Using the Roku supplied HDMI cable it was attached to my Denon X6700 AVR.
Intermittently the video stops and an HDCP error comes up. After a few seconds the video returns.
I had the same problem with the Roku Ultra I bought in 2021, which had the issue from day one.
1) The problem is not solved by changing to a different HDMI port on the AVR.
2) The problem is not solved by changing the HDMI cable.
3) The problem is not solved by reseating the HDMI cable at both ends.
4) The problem is not solved by directly connecting the Roku Ultra to my TV.
5) The problem is not solved by rebooting the Roku.
6) The problem is not solved by removing the Roku from power for a few minutes and then starting it back up.
7) None of the suggested solutions on the Support Page work.
Any other ideas?

I'm returning mine. Solutions indicated don't work. Returning the device solves the problem.
Randomly getting HDCP 2.2 Error 020 now. Directly connected to TV, doesn't matter if name brand cable or supplied cable. Only fix is to reboot the Roku, I'm not having to unplug the power, simple reboot. Software issue or hardware failing?
I've had it happen on Youtube, my wife says Paramount+, I'm not sure about Fubo yet.
