Hi, I have a Roku 4 that I purchase 4 or 5 years ago. When I first got it, it was working fine. One day
when I went to use it all I saw was a blue screen with horizontal lines. I unplugged and reset and when
I plug it in, the Roku title comes on and then the screen just goes blue with the lines. I tried it on another
TV and still have the problem.. I purchased a TCL Roku TV and didn't need it attached to that TV any
longer, so I left it unplugged for about a year. I decided to try it again and get the same issue.
I'm inserting a photo showing the screen.
I'm assuming it is dead. I was going to use it to replace a Roku 3 that I have.
