Ok, losing my mind. I have an external hard drive connected to my PC that I have successfully used the past year to watch videos via the Roku Media Player on various TVs through the house. This week it stopped working on every Roku device when trying to paly a video from that hard drive. I can see my file structure, video names, when I go into any folder with a video it says "No Compatible Media Found in: "folder name"
I also share a folder on my internal hard drive of the PC and when I copy the files from the external hard drive to the internal hard drive of my PC, I can see and play the same videos with no issue on the Roku. Just can't seem to figure out what happened this week. TIA @RokuChris #rokumediaplayer
