Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

The Roku device is plugged into an outlet, not a USB port, for power.
If the device hangs, I unplug it to reboot the device, and the problem is resolved. At other times the device will simply restart itself while I am watching programming. There are no error messages/codes reported when this happens.
Since I first reported the issue, there has been one software update, and the issue recurs less frequently but still happens. The device has been up for 19.75 hours since the last reboot, and the software version is 10.5.0 build 4208-AE. The device ID is S008309YM9LP.
