I have a Roku ultra. One have used it a few times. Indicator light comes on but nothing happens on the tv. Yes the right input is selected and the remote has batteries. I can’t even do a factory reset. I hold the button down and nothing happens. Tried several times after unplugging Supposed to take 10 seconds. I have held it over 90 seconds. Nothing works. Should I have stuck with apple?
