Red and Blue Flashing Pixels

Having issues with playback. Only on certain apps like Disney+ and Apple TV the picture has flashing red and blue pixels all over the screen. 

Checked different apps (watching the same scene) and different devices. Not present there - any tips?

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable used to connect your Roku device as well as using another HDMI port on your TV to see if you are still seeing the issue?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting your Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
