I have a Roku Ultra – Model #4670RW. Have a HD attached. Have just developed an issue –every so often when watching a recording on the HD the screen will go blank and this will appear - Reconnecting to OTA Channels…
After about 15 seconds or so I will be taken back to the Recording screen where I can again pick the same recording I was watching and it will pick up to just before the above error message appeared and the video will continue with on problems. Seems this will happen only once during a recording, sometimes not at all.
And I am pretty certain this error has not occurred before Version 10.5. was installed.
Any suggestions please?

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-what format is the content that you are watching
With more detailed information, we will be able to investigate further.
