Over the last couple of days, my Roku channels including YOuTube and Amazon Prime are now super slow and freeze every minute or so for a free seconds. I’ve done all the trouble-shooting, but I cannot seem to get it right. YouTube is especially problematic. I am aware of the Roku vs. YouTube issues, but is someone purposely making trouble?

Regarding the issue, is it only Prime Video and YouTube that have the issue? Do other apps work well?
You said "all the troubleshooting" but that's meaningless, to be honest. We need specifics, as some details may show up of alternate steps to take that may resolve. Details are always important.
What is the device? The model number and Roku software version are good info to have. Settings > System > About
