Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device?
If you are having an issue with your Roku device screen going black but can still hear the audio, we suggest restarting your Roku player, go to Settings > System > System restart. For Roku TV, try unplugging your TV for 10-15 minutes then plugging it back in.
