@RokuMary-F I appreciate you reaching back out to me regarding my soundbar. However, I have yet to hear anything from the support team who is supposed to be handling this matter.
As stated before I have followed all recommendations from you guys as to trying to correct the issues. But nothing has worked so far, it has been several weeks and this is very annoying that I'm not able to utilize my soundbar the way I am supposed to be able to.
I would really appreciate a remedy to this situation. Thanks.
