Solving playback issues

I’m having the same issue, only had the newRoku Ultra for a week. I’m using HDMI have not checked if this is the issue.

Update. I went back turned the TV off. Switched the HDMI cable on the ROKU box, still having the issue.

-What specifically are you seeing? What are you doing when this issue occurs? 

-Does it happen on a specific channel or when watching specific content?

My phone is also making background noise. I wish I never bought Roku. There is 0 customer service. I have unplugged the T.V. but there is nobody to help.

Where do I take the t.v. to get fixed.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you're having? What Roku model do you have? Have you tried swapping out the HDMI cable to see if that resolves the issue?
