Solving playback issues

My Roku randomly Rewinds for about 10 seconds every 10 minutes. And then it begins to play the movie again. I have tried everything including replacing my modem and router. I have restarted my Roku and have even reset it and started all over again but to no avail

What app are you using? If this happens on more than one app, list three where this happens.

What Roku device? Settings > System > About

Roku model number and Software version will be helpful.

By the way I it happens on all of the apps. did a fresh start and got rid of all the apps reset everything on my Roku as if I were just setting it up as if it were brand new. As I said before I replace the modem and the router from spectrum. Nothing worked all I need to know is do I need to replace it because it’s not repairable

 you want to know At least three apps that happens on. OK it happens on Hulu it happens on Netflix it happens on Fox news. It happens on ABC news. It happens on Britbox. I didn’t watch much more than all of those apps as above but I reset and reinstalled everything and still happened

Troubleshooting step. Start playing something, then remove the batteries from the remote. Does it still happen? This will help determine if it's something the remote is doing, or if it's the device.
