Roku 4620 free TV not working

I use a Roku model 4620x & have watched Roku tv since 2016. I also watch Netflix with that same machine. Suddenly, the Roku free tv won't launch but Netflix works fine.

Seems that my apps themselves are working it's when I return my Roku to the home setting. Everything shows up except suggestions, search results, etc. Also when I open my Roku phone app it opens but says there's a failure retry, etc.

It sounds like this is a Roku network issue with everyone having the same problem. We need someone from Roku tech support to respond here.

It will not load. Tried everything and is useless, please advise.

It's got to be a Roku issue - but how do we notify them of the problem?  It also said to check my network connections but all are OK.  Anyone know what to do?
