Solving playback issues

I am having the same issue.  While watching Hulu, when I push the pause button, the video pauses but the sound continues.  When I push the button again, the video speeds up to catch up with the sound.

Thanks for the post.

Does this issue only occur on the Hulu channel or does it happen on other channels as well? Can you provide a tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)? In addition, can you provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?

Thanks for reaching out, Danny.  However, the issues appears to have resolved.  When I now push the pause button, it works the way it should - that is, both the video and the sound stop until I push it again.
