Plex on Roku Premiere has odd audio balance

We are running Plex on two Roku Premieres, one on a 2020 Samsung smart and one on a 2016 Samsung smart.  On both there are shows in which it seems that an audio channel is missing (Slow Horses, Puss In Boots).  Other shows do not have this issue.  When we loaded Plex onto the 2020 Samsung itself Plex will play those shows without the loss of audio.  The 2016 can't run Plex.  It seems that the audio loss is coming in the front (voices are severely muted but background noises come clear).  We have tried changing audio files/setup on Plex and audio on Roku and the TV to no avail.

Does the issue only occur on Plex or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

Have you tried removing the affected channel Plex and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

We have rebooted/restarted after deleting Plex app and then reinstalled. There is no change. On some shows and movies it sounds like the voice track is muted. In some cases switching to a 720 version solves the issue (at the cost of video quality). Can’t find a common denominator with the affected programs. The issue does not occur in other applications, only Plex.
