My Roku Ultra stops during playback of a recorded show. I have to hit the home button and select the show again. It will resume from that point. It is not a Wi-Fi issue, I checked that first. It only happens with recordings, not live tv.

Are you accessing the recorded shows on a specific channel? Does the problem only occur within that app or across other channels where you have recorded shows?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
