Pixelization of recordings TV on multiple TVs/devices

I’m seeing a significant increase in pixelization occurrances on all channels on all 3 of my TVs.  I am running the YouTube TV app three different ways:  1) on a ROKU stick on 1 TV, 2) on a ROKU 4k+ device on another TV and 3) as a native app on a Samsung 50” TV.  I’ve done testing that involves replaying the same pixilated football play from a recording on all 3 devices.  The result is the pixelization is exactly the same on each TV.  This tells me that the issue is with the recording itself or with the caching at the central data center.

My internet is via Spectrum and shows a sustained ping test of 300mbps down and 10-11 up.

Thoughts on why this is an increasingly occurring issue?
