Solving playback issues

When connecting to my Roku TV through the Windows connect menu on my PC, the display appears slightly zoomed out with black boxes all around the picture. I've tried all the settings in the Picture Size settings menu but none of them give an accurate picture. The aspect ratio seems to be the same between the devices. Is there a way to do a custom picture zoom or change settings on Windows to allow me to use the full screen?

Solved! After some more digging I determined this is a Windows/driver issue!
