Not a lot of details here, but I'm going to take a wild guess that you have the hearing aids paired with a phone, so you can hear the phone directly in the hearing aids, and you have a roku app on the phone?
It's also not clear if you want anything changed here? (ie: to not hear Roku, or to hear the cable box – hearing the cable box would probably depend on having a cable box app on your phone.)
