My roku isn't showing that I can add Peacock+ to my devices. I have tried different ways, with search but nothing. I have a Peacock+ account, and I saw online that it is on Roku now. I saw of I have a code for it, b but I don't know where to find it.
My other issue is when I watch shows on the CW app half way through the episodes the sound and video go out of sync. It is only the CW app and it's on all our Rokus. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem continues. It is very frustrating, and I have tried to get ahold of someone for this, but have made no progress.

The NBC Peacock app for Roku was written by NBC to be compatible with the following Roku models (Check your model number via Settings > System > About):

Re reinstalling CW:
After removing a channel, best practice is to restart your Roku to clear its memory before reinstalling the channel. Did you do this?
Restart via Settings > System > System restart (for Roku TVs: Settings > System > Power > System restart)
