Don't know why. But there is HDR for content like Discovery or Seal Team. I know both of those were HDR. So my question is when is this being looked in to?

Good question, when are they going to look into it
Go to Instagram find their Paramount plus help account and tell them about it which is what I did.
Paramount or ROKU would just acknowledge the issue and tell us they’re working on it.
Agree, no HDR on Paramount Plus app
No Atmos or Dolby Vision, either. At least Fire devices get HDR and Dolby Vision...
@Toddwrtr true that. Don't know why I ever thought going back to Roku was a great idea. Sticking with Amazon is a far better deal it seams to me.
Roku blames Paramount +, and told me to contact the streaming service. Except no one ever picks up at Paramount+ Customer Service. On Hold for over two hours yesterday and gave up. Today, currently going on 45 minute so far.
Thanks for taking one for the team and making the call and staying on hold, I often do that but in this case I hadn’t tried it yet.
I have attempted to contact them through Facebook Twitter Instagram and they won’t respond, you would think they could just say something but they won’t.
Finally got through - Paramount + is completely unaware of the issue and my case has been escalated.
@Toddwrtr Wow...for what I know it's been like this for almost 2 months now. Possibly even longer.
Paramount+ initially tried to blame Roku when my conversation first began!
