When I first sign into Paramount Plus, I can pull up my local CBS station without any problem. But if I switch to CBSN and then try to switch back, I get an error message that there was a problem with the playback.
If I turn the TV off and back on, then it's fine. If I restart the Roku device through Settings, that usually resolves the problem too. I tried uninstalling the app, restarting the device and then reinstalling it but no difference. I also tried switching between the two on my Firestick TV and there's no problem with it on that so that would seem to make it a problem with the Roku Express especially since it used to work fine. I have a Roku Express.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since removing, restarting, then re-installing the channel didn't resolve the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Nothing is being done and going on to long. I have narrowed it down to Paramount Plus app and using a Roku device. I have 4 devices and everyone will show the message and allot more in the evenings. I've done all the stuff like everybody else with no results and contacted Paramount Plus support.
What I found the other night watching Paramount Plus Live Tv on the Prime Video app is we never had the problem and didn't the next day either. So it has to be something with how the Roku device and Paramount Plus app work together on Live TV, not a problem to watch older stuff. Thought I would post this to maybe get Roku and Paramount Plus together to fix this, or we could hope at least. Please get the software fixed
