Up until a week ago Paramount+ has worked fine. I have Paramount+ free through Walmart. With that being said, now it loads, get to choose user, go to programs (example Landman) and you hit episode to play and all I get is the circling blue arrow. I have contacted service provider for internet, all fine, I have updated my Roku stick and have done the suggestions I saw on this site but nothing works. Please advise what to do next...
I also have Paramount Plus through Walmart had had the same issue. I was just able to fix it. There was some information earlier in this discussion that it could be router issue caused by the router blocking ads. My router is supplied by the internet provider (Fidium). They also have an app (Attune) which I was not familiar with until today. I was able to use the app to prevent ad blocking by the router and now Paramount+ is working again.
Thank you. My router is provided by my ISP and I am not tech savvy so it took me a while to figure out how to check for ad blocking. I finally did and that was the issue. Paramount+ is working again!

I am tech savvy, and I turned off all ad blocking on my router and it did not solve the issue. I think add blocking and Roku’s new OS version are two separate issues. I have four Roku’s in my house and two of them work, two of them do not
Mine was solved setting up a different group in my router and putting the Rokus there. Nevertheless, we should not have to worry about it. What router do you have?
I have Frontier Internet. If you go to you EERO app and click on
Go to your EERO app, on home page scroll up until you see Security and Privacy click on it then Click on Ad Blocking and then it should work.
