Has anyone had any luck getting the update issues resolved by Roku support? I sent them the information they requested days ago and haven't heard anything since. Still no resolution after 2 weeks of multiple attempts. Not sure what to do next. I was a big Roku supporter but this whole experience has really soured me on them. They are ruining their credibility and opening themselves up to legal problems by trying to pretend this issue doesn't exist.
Have you tried a manual update from Settings->System->System update? For some devices Roku is offering an "update" to 10.0, but I don't know if you have to manually check for it to get it and it's only on some devices.
ALL of my Roku Devices have been down since their "update" , has anyone gotten ANY resolutions yet? or are they expecting us to go buy New ones? If i have to buy all new devices it def WONT be roku, if they cant instruct their customers on a resolution?
I haven’t heard anything or seen anything on their website. It would be nice if we could set our TVs back to factory settings and not get that latest update like we can and computers. Good luck to all!
