It doesn't look like you've provided the device serial number/device ID on your Roku device as we had previously requested.

Our Roku Stick is overheating like so many others have as seen here. SN:C13819835846. Please let me know how to avoid an issue. It already has an HDMI extender and is not against anything on the TV. This is obviously a Roku Stick issue, not the TV or environment as the stick is hot and nothing around it is (open air). Please email my instructions. I do not wish to purchase new Roku sticks every time your product begins to fail.
