[OS 11.5] HDCP errors on device

-Roku device model
3941x - Roku Express 4K+

-Device ID
S07P2225XANM

-Software OS/version
11.5.0 - build 4225-CR

-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Turn the TV on access YouTube/YouTube TV/ Netflx. Reboot roku helps until later

-When did you start seeing this issue occur
With the last 2 weeks (after updates)

Will this be fixed?  Suggestions here to date haven't done so.

This product is unusable as it is.

Everything WAS working fine.

Exactly. Will be returning soon if this can't get resolved. I prefer Roku menu, but if it doesn't work then I'll grab a fire stick

Hi Community users,

If you are experiencing an issue regarding HDCP errors on the most recent OS 11.5 build, can you please provide us the following information:

-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-brand and model TV you are using
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-were you previously experiencing an HDCP error prior to the OS 11.5 update

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.

Ok, on the new thread.

This issue started with me in August, I had only had the device for about a month when it started.

Model - 3941X Express 4k (I am not using it for 4k only 720p)

SN - X01600XRK5UT

Device ID - S07P222RK5UT

Software - 11.5.0 build 4225-CR

TV - Vizio M260VA

It occurs on anything I try to watch so all channels/services.

Tracker ID - UT-427-344

It happens all the time, so reproducing it is essentially just trying to watch anything on YouTubeTV or Neflix.  As soon as I try to access the content the error comes on.

Yes, I previously had this issue prior to this update.  Please help, its been several months since I first reported this and the new update hasn't fixed it.

Sam here. Sharp TV and Roku PFA540BT for two coercing speakers. HDCP errors no matter what I try.

Danny,
No I hadn't had any problems of any kind previously.
Since initial error screen, I haven't had that screen error come up. Only the other audio video issues in everything.
The tracking code thing never heard of that but I'll try to remember if that exact error code screen comes up again. Hope not.
Or does it only occur once? The current problems following the error are the result of?
Vizio d32-hg9 my TV is HDMI hooked to my Roku. But my sound bar is optically connected to my TV. I don't use the Vizio Chromecast at all because it is too problematic. Reason for Roku. Thought if I. To watch anything in the 4 streaming services I pay successfully Roku isn't capable.
