Solving playback issues

Ok. Support here is terrible. I have a roku tv. In roku when I go up a title and play, it buffers for a second and blinks and goes back to the play screen. I have reset my tv, I have restarted, I have reset my remote, I have unplugged, I have deleted roku and reinstalled. I have went through all the trouble shooting. This happened with 2 months of having the tv.

When you say "in roku" I assume you mean you're using The Roku Channel? When you removed it and reinstalled it did your restart your TV from Settings->System->Power or unplug it and plug it back in before you reinstalled it? Turning if off and on isn't the same thing. Most importantly, where are you located? US or somewhere else?

Yes I unplugged it between deleting and installing the app. I have a roku tv. I went through every protocol in every variation. I have reset the tv to factory settings as well.

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Have you tried restarting your Router? Is there any error message when trying to connect? May we know whether Roku is detecting the network?
