Nothing playing on any platform

Nothing is playing on any platform. I have network connection. I have restarted my device and restarted my modem. Nothing is playing. Was working this morning but now nothing. A show will start for about a second then it stops.

You should’ve done the following steps in the correct order:

1. Remove the app.

2. Settings > System > Power (If not applicable, skip to the next step) > System restart.

3. Reinstall the app once the device is restarted.

It’s always 1, 2 and 3.  Some users have done 2, 1, 3 and 1, 3, 2, which are not the same orders.  Make sure you’re doing the steps in the correct order.
