I have a roku streaming stick which was working fine all this time. Then while moving the TV the usb c pin broke for the connecter. I connected to another usb c power cable. Now the remote is able to run TV on and shows home screen with channels, but doesn't do anything else. I see "not connected" on the top right corner on the TV. I have done power cycling a few times and also tried to chnage batteries on the remote, but nothing seems to be helping.
