No volume issue.

Had a low battery error now I don’t have volume. Has anyone else had this issue?

Not enough information given to understand problem.

  1. Did you replace the batteries with fresh ones?
  2. Does "I don't have volume" mean the remote can't control the volume, or does it mean you can't hear anything even when the tv volume is turned up?
  3. Is this a Roku TV or a separate Roku player?   What is the model and model number (found via Settings > System > About)?
