I have a chromebook connected to my Roku TV via a HDMI cable. I have the tv set to "computer". For a year the set up worked perfectly. Now I'm having issues with sound. It just won't come through. I have changed out the HDMI cable, tried different ports and updated both the tv and chromebook. The sound works on both the chromebook and tv. For some things I can cast the chromebook to the tv, but for other software programs I can't.
How can I get the audio set up to consistently work?

We would be more than happy to look into this issue for you. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.
