When we log into paid channels purchases through the Roku the sound doesn’t work when watching movies. It works for commercials and trailers but nothing when trying to watch a movie. Very weird. Anyone else have that issue and know how to fix it?
Did your system recently update to Roku software version 10? Find out via Settings - System - Update.
Try restarting your Roku, perhaps several times. Settings - System - System restart, or if a Roku TV Settings - System - Power - System restart.
