No sound on express after the first time use

I set up my express no issues and everything worked fine the first time I used it. However ever since I’ve had no sound. I feel like I’ve tried everything. Factory reset. Unplugged everything. Audio settings. Nothing has worked!

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Is this issue happening on a specific channel? When did you start see this issue occur? How is your device setup? Are there any external devices that you are using in your setup?

I only used it one day then the next day sound had gone on all channels. It’s connected via HDMI. I have nothing else connected to the tv apart from the Roku. I’ve tried both HDMI ports on the tv and it doesn’t make a difference. Even when I’ve restored back to factory settings.
