I’ve turned the tv off and back on.
I’ve unplugged the Roku box and back on.
I've tried a different hdmi cable.
None have helped for the sound.
The tv only has 1 hdmi port. So can’t try a different one.
Any other suggestions on how to get the sound to work?

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?

It happens as soon as I change the source on the tv to the Roku. Everything else connected to the tv has sound.
there is no sound from the Roku at all.

Can you please provide more specific information? What Roku model device are you using? Have you tried playing content on the Roku device to see if you can hear any sound.
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
