We understand that you don't have audio on your Roku device. No worries, help is here.
We would like to know the following to further investigate the issue:
- Did this occur while streaming content on any channel, or only on a specific channel?
- When did you start to experience the issue?
- What is the model of your Roku device?
In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:
Restart your Roku device by going to Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step > Select System restart.
