I recently purchased a Roku Express after owning several previously. I just realized there's no volume mode.When I press * there is Closed Captioning, Audio Track and Accessibility only. No option for the volume mode. I've tried it on all channels including the Roku Channel. I've tried factory resets with no luck. I've also had problems with this Roku randomly pausing a un-pausing on its own. I think I have a defective firmware. Any suggestions?

What devices support volume modes?

I bought 2 identical Roku at the same time. One for me and one for a family member. Theirs is fine and has Volume mode. Mine does not.

According to the chart in the posted support article and the product specs chart (https://www.roku.com/products/compare) the Express 3930 does not support Volume/Night/Leveling modes.
Your family member may have a different model.
