First I had no sound on the Apple channel, now I don’t have sound on Amazon Prime either. Netflix and other channels play just fine. I’ve deleted the channel and reinstalled it with no change.

What Roku model device are you using?
For clarification, have you restarted your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back?
