Help with audio & video playback issues, TV display type recognition & compatibility, HDCP messages, troubleshooting playback errors, advertisements, and resolving power issues.
I have a 7 year old TLC tv that came with a Roku stick (which still works but is unsupported). I bought a new Roku Expess and when I went to install it I have no sound. I changed cords (tried 4 total) and HDMI plugs (3 of them and they all work). I did the plug and unplug, the full reset and nothing worked. HELP I don't want to have to buy a new tv this one works great except this Roku issue.
