Newsmax occassionally has issues with the Channel/app on Roku regarding Live TV. Normally, just look to the left sidebar menu for Live TV option if the normal Live TV box on top of menu is missing. If this doesn't work, then best option is to just watch it as mentioned by @Orrin above.

Newsmax usually addresses this issue pretty quickly as it happens occassionally. Normally will resume working properly again in a couple of hours, at most next day. Other options are to cast to your Roku from https://www.newsmaxtv.com/ or launch on laptop and hdmi cable to your TV.
