Solving playback issues

I've been a loyal customer of Roku for some time and bought Several Streaming Sticks. Fact When Roku advertised buy in advance the New Streaming Stick 4K ( 3820 ) I did at $49.99. Now they have it posted for Anyone to buy at " 29.99 " That's right , $20.00 less then when I thought they were giving out a special pre-order discount, Thanks for the ****** Roku !!! So , **** Never Again **** will I buy another Product from Roku again Grrrrrrr
