New Express - no sound

I bought and installed my Roku express today. The loading Roku page has sound, but the menu (no clicking sound) and apps dont have any sound. Ive checked the volume on my tv (which obv works at the loading page has sound), ive reset the box, restarted the box, pulled out all power cables to box and tv, ive played around with the audio settings. Nothing works!

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable as well as using another HDMI port on your TV to see if that helps?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
