What do you mean by "volume isn't working"?  You're not getting any sound?  The buttons on your remote don't work?  Is it a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?  We need a lot more information to help.

What do you mean by "volume isn't working"?  You're not getting any sound?  The buttons on your remote don't work?  Is it a Roku TV or a Roku device connected to a TV?  We need a lot more information to help.

I figured it out. I needed new batteries. The funny thing is that the batteries worked for everything but the volume. It was very strange. I never thought that the batteries were the issue because I assumed nothing should work if they were low or dead.
