My tv video color settings are messed up

My color on my tv is like it’s in high contrast I can see everything on my tv screen but it’s just the wrong color for some reason it happens out of no where i don’t know why my tv randomly changed colors either

Help us to help you.  What model and model number do you see when you go to Roku menu path Settings/System/About?
