Solving playback issues

So I had two brief power surges and now my Roku Premiere (3920 series)  wont power on or anything I checked the cabels the outlets fine and its just not powering on at all so I cant try restarting it through the roku or anythin

Could you tell us how are you powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the USB port of the TV or to a wall outlet? In some cases, the USB power provided by the TV is not sufficient to power the device. Using the included power cord and power adapter, we suggest plugging your Roku into a working power outlet in the wall.

@RokuKariza-D I had it plugged into the wall outlet behind my tv because I do not have a usb port on my TV.

You can try using a cell phone cable (microUSB) and a cell phone charging power adapter (5volt, 1amp) to see if either one of your existing components is bad.
