Does the issue only occur on the Sacred sound channel and Shout Factory channel or all channels on your Roku device?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Mine quit working a few days ago. Tried deleting the app refreshing and reinstall, and still not working

Just for confirmation, have you restarted your Roku device after removing the channel and before adding the channel back? If yes, this is a good indication that there likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.

App will load but when you pick any "show", the loader spins and eventually it times out back to the home screen.
That is correct. I deleted the app, restarted ROKU, and added the app again. I will send an email to the channel however, I am not optimistic. I decided not to add the others Calm Radio etc. as this issue needs to be addressed. I did cancel the service so that you will not rebill in January, however, I prefer to have the service. thanks for the response
This makes absolutely no sense. If the video is being played how, then, can it be inactive?!
I paid for this the content does not load. You can get in the channel fine. What I have done. I deleted the app, restarted my roku, reinstalled the app and still nothing. I have even sent an email to the app channel hot sunmedia.stream. No response from them. I am holding roku responsible as you are hosting this content. I want a refund for the amount I provided for something that isn’t working.

Tested on an Ultra 4660, Sacred Sounds Channel loaded fine and played four selections from Trending. (Free version w/ads). The other Categories appeared to get stuck on "Loading" (spinning).
Does appear there is a problem with the Channel that the Developer should be made aware of. There is an ongoing thread from Saturday here in the Roku forums https://community.roku.com/t5/Playback-Issues-Audio-Video-Power/My-app-Sacred-Sounds-is-not-working-...
The contact information within the Channel says "If you have any issues please contact us at contact@sunmedia.stream " Maybe send them another email at this email address, since the one you specified in your posting is different.
Edited... Found an earlier posting when same occurred last year and SunMedia (per @kmikz ) issued an update in the forum that they needed to fix the app (which they apparently did). Probably just the same happening again so subscribers definitely need to contact Channel Developer. My sacred sounds app is not working either... It just keeps "buffering"...please help....only alternative I have at the moment is going to the youtube app and searching for sleep music... There has been some success with this... But less convenience as i am used to using the 'sacred sounds' sleep/ meditation app
Go to youtube app. Search sleep sounds or sleep music....viable option pop up.... Temporary solution?? I am having same problem
