Solving playback issues

[Plants_Zombies]

So I am playing Plants Vs. Zombies on my PS3 using a Roku TV, but I realized that it is not showing the full game picture. the sides of the screen are cut off, even on the direct viewing setting. I have seen on YouTube videos that there is more of the screen shown on this game, and I would like to have the full screen shown. there is more than enough room to show it, but it is just cut of by black bars. How do I fix this?

Have you tried changing the display settings both on your Roku TV and the PS3 to make sure they are set to display in full on your TV?

Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply. Yes, I did check both the settings on my PS3 and my Roku TV. I am still confused on what to do to fix it.
