My Roku powers on and when I plug it into my HDMI it doesn't work... I have tried blowing out dust from both HDMI sides I tried different chords and different TVs nothing worked but my Roku is on and I reset it while it was on and nothing popped up on the TV and now I reset it and I don't know how to work it
Someone please respond ASAP
It sounds like you're powering up the Roku and then attempting to connect the HDMI cable. That's a bad idea. You can damage the port on the TV, the port on the Roku, or the cable itself. And if you damage it, you can't use it.
Perhaps if you were to restate the issue, explaining what's happening. Keep in mind we're on the other end of the Internet and can't see what you see.
